36V 105Ah Modular LiFePO4 Battery

The 36V 105Ah Modular LiFePO4 Battery from Sinoah Energy, a UK supplier, is three 12.8V 105Ah modules in series: 3.78kWh of storage for golf carts, trolling motors and light electric vehicles. Each module is IP67 and Bluetooth monitored with an audible alarm, rated above 3000 cycles at 70% depth of discharge. UN38.3 certified, 8-year warranty.

The 36V 105Ah Modular LiFePO4 Battery is a modular pack rather than a sealed block. Three 12.8V 105Ah modules are linked in series to produce a 36V nominal system, and the same modules can be reconnected later into 24V, 48V or 96V strings if the application changes. Each module carries its own BMS, so protection and cell balancing happen inside every unit rather than in one central controller.

Sinoah Energy supplies the modular range for mobility and leisure applications: golf carts, low-speed vehicles, boat trolling motors, access platforms, caravans and off-grid systems. The BCI GC2 footprint of each module matches the lead-acid batteries used in many of these vehicles, so the swap is mechanical as well as electrical.

Why 36V

Voltage is chosen from the motor, not from the battery. A 36V system gives roughly 50% more speed and torque than the same motor on 24V, while staying below the 48V and 60V levels where some cart controllers and chargers change specification. For trolling motors and light utility vehicles, 36V is often the native voltage, which means no controller swap and no efficiency loss from running a mismatched pack.

Capacity and voltage do different jobs. 105Ah sets how long the vehicle runs between charges, while the 36V connection sets the speed and power. Two packs of the same capacity at different voltages move the same amount of energy, but the higher-voltage pack delivers it with lower current and less heat in the cables.

Modules are connected with the supplied links and the Olelon Connect app guides the build, confirming polarity, string order and the number of units before commissioning. Cell-to-cell and module-to-module balancing runs automatically once the pack is connected, and any fault is reported by the module BMS with an audible alarm.

36V 105Ah Modular LiFePO4 Battery

Built-in BMS and Monitoring

Every module contains a battery management system that watches cell voltage, pack current and temperature, and cuts the output if a limit is exceeded. Because each module has its own BMS, a problem in one unit is isolated and reported instead of taking the whole string offline. The Bluetooth link shows state of charge, cell balance and fault history on a phone, and the alarm sounds at the vehicle if a fault occurs while driving.

The BMS also handles automatic fault diagnosis. Where a module reports imbalance or an over-temperature event, the app shows which unit is affected, which turns a fault-finding trip into a single-unit replacement.

Applications

The 36V 105Ah Modular LiFePO4 Battery suits golf carts and low-speed vehicles running 36V controllers, including fleets converted from lead-acid.

Boat trolling motors, where deep-cycle capacity and low weight matter more than peak current.

Access platforms, cleaning machines and light utility vehicles, and off-grid storage where one pack serves lighting and small inverters.

Charging and Maintenance

The modules accept a one-hour fast charge on a suitable charger and do not need the periodic topping-up that flooded lead-acid batteries require. For storage, the pack is best left at around half charge in a dry place, and the Bluetooth monitor should be checked before the season starts to confirm cell balance.

Because the modules are sealed and IP67, washing down the vehicle does not require the battery to be covered, although the charge and discharge connectors should be kept clean and dry. Replace a module rather than a whole pack if one unit fails.

Why Choose Sinoah Energy

Sinoah Energy supplies the modular LiFePO4 range from UK stock for dealers, installers and fleet operators, with technical support on pack design from the same team. The modules are manufactured to UN38.3 and UL1642 standards, and the company offers OEM or ODM customisation where a fleet needs branded packs or specific connector arrangements.

Support covers pack sizing and voltage selection before the order, dealer pricing on monthly supply, and warranty service handled in the UK with app-based diagnostics.

FAQ

Q: Can the 36V 105Ah Modular LiFePO4 Battery be built into a 48V pack?

A: Yes. Four 12.8V modules in series give a 48V nominal system at 105Ah, using the same links and app procedure as the 36V pack.

Q: Does the pack replace lead-acid batteries directly?

A: The module footprint follows the BCI GC2 size used by many carts and utility vehicles, so the swap is usually a direct fit, with the charger changed to a lithium profile.

Q: How is the battery monitored?

A: Each module has Bluetooth monitoring with state of charge, cell balance and fault history, plus an audible alarm at the vehicle.

Q: Is it waterproof?

A: The modules are rated IP67, so they tolerate washing and wet conditions. Connectors should still be kept clean and dry.

Q: How long does it last?

A: More than 3000 cycles at 70% depth of discharge, which is several times the life of a lead-acid pack in the same duty.

Q: What warranty is offered?

A: 8 years, with UK-based support and app diagnostics for fault finding.
