Sinoah Energy’s battery manufacturing facilities are equipped with industry-leading automation equipment for lithium-ion battery production. Our production lines include high-precision electrode coating machines for consistent slurry application, calendering and slitting integrated machines for uniform electrode density, automated cell stacking and winding equipment, laser welding systems for reliable busbar connections, and fully automated pack assembly lines. Each stage of production – from cell grading and sorting to module assembly, BMS integration, and final battery packaging – is monitored by computerized quality management systems (QMS). Formation and aging chambers ensure capacity matching and voltage stability before batteries leave the factory. Our equipment is calibrated to maintain tight tolerances and repeatable quality, enabling mass production of standard battery models as well as flexible customization for OEM and trade partners.
